It is often also referred to as gender history, although the relevance of this name in Castilian is discussed. The English gender does not seem to have the problems that have grammatical gender in Castilian. It would therefore be one of the gender studies or gender studies. It also relates to other disciplines historiography, social history, microhistory and the history of everyday life.
