We are a family of 7 who operate this business from our home. We have been grinding our own flour for the past 18 years and have really been informed about nutritional health for the last 14. Sickness and doctor's visits are almost unheard of at our house, mainly due to informed nutritional choices, food preparation and supplementation for a strong healthy immune system.
