The idea for our Medicine Hat Restaurant menu comes from scratch. We begin in the pantry using fresh and top quality ingredients. All of our bread and buns are homemade, in house each morning. Furthermore, our soups, salad dressings and sauces are made on site utilizing our very own delectable recipes.
