Nikon AF Lenses

The popular Nikon F-mount is a type of exchangeable lens attachment system created by Nikon on account of the 35 mm SLR roll film cameras. The F-mount was in fact introduced on the Nikon F SLR camera during 1959, and it uses a 3 pin bayonet mount with a 44 mm throat in addition to a flange to focal plane gap of 46.5mm. The corporation to this day employs personalised versions of exactly the same lens mounting for the latest array of roll film alongside digital cameras.
