Greenland Minerals and Energy Ltd. [GGG-ASX] received government approval to evaluate its Kvanefjeld Project, a light and heavy rare earth, uranium and zinc deposit in Greenland. The historic uranium deposit is in an area highly prospective for specialty metals – particularly Rare Earth Elements. It is now one of the world’s largest undeveloped specialty metal deposits with > 4.7M tonnes of rare earth oxide, 283M lbs uranium, and 1M tonnes zinc.
