SchoolYoga Institute is a registered Yoga School (RYS) at 200-hour and 500-hour levels with Yoga Alliance. We offer training in Sadhana Vinyasa Flow (Ashtanga Based), Sadhana Hatha Flow (Sivanada Based), and Healing Arts.
